Fellow students: To further improve the practical abilities of our students we are now launching the The Adventures of Public Speaking” training camp.
1. Project Introduction
The ability to communicate with confidence will assist you in every aspect of your life. This 16-week course will help train you to speak in public with more confidence, regardless of whether you are speaking with 5 people or 500. You will learn how to select the appropriate information and how to avoid the most common pitfalls in public speaking. Your confidence will improve as you command your audience.
2. Enrollment requirements
(1) College students from this campus.
(2) English Level: Minimum Level CET 4.
The ability to communicate extemporaneously is important.
3. Training content
· Techniques to display confidence and poise.
· Adapting speeches for each audience. (Knowing what not to say is as important as knowing what to say.)
· The importance of audience contact
· The structure of your presentation.
· Manuscripts v’s outlines. (Outlines are almost always better!)
· Enhance your presentations with visual aids. (Don’t send your listeners to sleep with Powerpoint!)
4. Enrollment scale
20 people.
5. Training format
Training is carried out through a combination of online and offline methods. After the training, teachers will evalsuate the training results. Students who pass the evalsuation will receive completion certificates and innovation and entrepreneurship education practice credits.
6. Registration method
